Request a Cancellation within 2 hours of ordering.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damages or to request a return or exchange for a store credit. Items must be shipped back to us within 7days in protective packaging to avoid damage. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility. Credit or replacement will be sent when item is received.
We offer a 30 day guarantee from date of shipping if bracelet is defective as long as it is cared for properly, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Please contact us for instructions.
